UNGAPLUSの拠点である「旧小樽倉庫」は、約130年前に北前船の船主によって建造された歴史的建造物。増築を重ねた3つの建物で構成され、中央にあるレンガ造りの建物を中心に左右対照に軟石を使用した倉庫が並び、北小樽の景観を作っています。

『旧小樽倉庫譚』は、その美しい外観を再現したパッケージも魅力の一品。しっとりと濃厚なフォンダン・オ・ショコラ。フォンダン（fondant）はフランス語で「溶ける」を意味し、完全に火を通さず、中心部が柔らかい状態になるように仕上げた一口サイズのチョコレートケーキです。

運河に臨む旧小樽倉庫の物語とともに、おたのしみください。

[The Story of the Old Otaru Warehouse]

UNGAPLUS collaborates with local businesses and artists active in Otaru, Hokkaido, to develop original products that embody the unique spirit of Otaru.

The “Old Otaru Warehouse,” UNGA↑’s headquarters, is a historic building constructed approximately 130 years ago by the owner of a Kitamae ship. It consists of three buildings that have been expanded over time; centered around the brick building in the middle, warehouses made of soft stone stand symmetrically on either side, forming the landscape of North Otaru.

“Tales of the Old Otaru Warehouse” is a treat whose packaging, which recreates the building’s beautiful exterior, is part of its charm. It features a rich and moist fondant au chocolat. “Fondant” means “to melt” in French; this bite-sized chocolate cake is baked so that the center remains soft, without being fully cooked through.
