『小樽ハニーガレット』は、フランスの伝統菓子であるガレットを地元の素材で作り上げました。

サクサクッ、ホロリとした食感とバターの風味香る厚焼きサブレに、ハチミツのやさしい甘さを加えました。バターの風味と小麦粉の香ばしさをたのしめる贅沢な一枚です。

UNGAPLUS collaborates with local businesses and artisans active in Otaru, Hokkaido, to develop original products that embody the essence of Otaru.

The former Nippon Yusen Otaru Branch, with its opulent appearance, offers a glimpse into Otaru’s prosperity during the Meiji period. The packaging features a design inspired by the gold-embossed paper that once adorned its VIP lounge.

The “Otaru Honey Galette” is a traditional French pastry crafted using local ingredients.

We’ve added the gentle sweetness of honey to a thick, crispy sablé cookie with a crumbly texture and a rich buttery aroma. It’s a luxurious treat that lets you savor the rich flavor of butter and the toasty aroma of wheat flour.
