[KINGYO NEBUTA/UEBOSHITAKEUCHI SEITAIJO]

Once again this year, we have received a shipment of “Goldfish Nebuta” from “Kamiboshi Takeuchi Candy Factory” in Aomori, a company founded in 1858 with a history spanning over 160 years. These bite-sized apple-flavored yokan are inspired by the traditional lanterns passed down in the Tsugaru region. The yokan is made with a paste of Kogetsu apples grown in Aomori Prefecture, giving it a refined sweetness. The charming packaging, modeled after the Goldfish Nebuta, is another highlight.
